In the center of early diagnosis and treatment of various forms of polyneuropathy are conducted:

• determination of the presence of distal polyneuropathy by standard methods (assessment of the state of all types of sensitivity: pain, temperature, tactile, vibrational, proprioceptive);
• assessment of pain intensity using modern scales and questionnaires;
• diagnosis of motor disorders (evaluation of standard reflexes);
• diagnosis and differential diagnosis of autonomic neuropathy (assessment of autonomic function);
• assessment of the condition of the macro-vessels of the lower extremities;
• diagnosis and treatment in the podology room: routine examination of the foot and shoe floor; preventive treatment of the foot, removal of hyperkeratosis, correction of nail growth, treatment of fungal lesions, cracks, superficial ulcers, etc.;
• appointment of adequate etio-pathogenetic and effective symptomatic therapy;
