Direction of activity of the center:
• complex examination of the patient for the purpose of early detection of metabolic disorders;
• determination of causes of excessive adipose tissue adipose, development of chronic endocrine, cardiovascular, neurological pathology, diseases of the musculoskeletal system;
• assessment of the risk of severe cardiac and endocrine pathology development according to the method developed by the Institute;
• development of individual recommendations for each patient, including a specially selected diet, a system of physical activity, a plan of medical treatment.

 Conducted by:
• general clinical examination;
• studying the body composition (relative fat, fat-free, active cell mass) and its water sectors (total, intracellular and extracellular fluid), which allows instrumentally to determine the optimal body weight for each patient, the ways of normalizing it;
• detection of inflammatory processes in the adipose tissue, which may be the cause of the ineffectiveness of previous diet therapy;
• instrumental definition of the main exchange for the purpose of individual determination of the daily calorie diet for safe weight loss;
• characterization of the metabolism at the level of mitochondria - the respiratory and energy center of cells;
• assessment of the difference between the passport and the metabolic age;
• early detection of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism disorders;
• consultations of genetics, gynecologist-endocrinologist, neuropathologist, cardiologist, physician of exercise therapy.

The Center's work is based on the contemporary achievements of the world's endocrinological science and the centuries of  scientific experience of the Institute.
